I was born in Baton Rouge so when it comes to music my soul resonates with jazzy more R&B style music. I love Boys 2 Men, Keith Sweat and Jon B, just to name a few. But being raised in the box of Colorado the musical scene is more stagnant. We don't get too many varieties in songs. So growing up I found myself listening to more people like Lil Wayne,T.I., Big K.R.I.T., and Big Sean. When it comes to just the lyricism and music that relates to my upbringing as a young teenager, Big Sean is probably one of the artists that I lean towards the most - because cadence is a motherfucka.
